Objective: To support Oxfam in successfully implementing the Integrated Market Development Program; a large-scale agricultural market development program which seeks to strengthen the potential for the agricultural sector to provide employment and income generation opportunities for small scale producers and youth. To compliment other programmatic activities, including business training and provision of finance, Oxfam is incorporating 360-degree mentoring, which focuses on personal and professional growth, into the IMDP program. The mentoring program will focus on the training of professionals as mentors within agribusiness incubators/ accelerators and agronomist networks to work with and empower ideation/ prototype stage agribusiness entrepreneurs to enable them to develop their ideas and grow their businesses. In addition, the program will seek to develop in-country institutional capacity to strengthen the foundations for future generations of agribusiness entrepreneurs. The mentors will be supported and capacity built over a period of six months.

Objective: To strengthen Mowgli’s capacity and capability to develop new systems and markets; 1) new systems through the strengthening of our monitoring and evaluation frameworks/processes, development of an online mentoring course and utilisation of a mentoring platform to aid mentor-mentee engagement and collection/analysis of data; 2)  new markets through the delivery of mentoring programs across Kenya which support entrepreneurs to strengthen their businesses and their leadership through our face to face and our newly developed online delivery mechanisms. Geography: Africa and Mediterranean

Objective: To develop leaders who can bring about positive change both within and across MAVA partner organizations to increase their sustainability and impact as well as strengthen the conservation sector.  The program aims to develop senior and young leaders from MAVA’s partner organisations through a blended program design (online and offline), which enables the participants to experience 1) a leadership development program, customized for both senior and young professionals, 2) an opportunity for inter-generational exchange and collaboration to generate innovative ideas, to meet a compelling challenge facing the conservation sector and 3) an opportunity for senior professionals to be trained as mentors and matched with a young professional from a different organisation to support the learning journey and professional growth, for the betterment of the conservation sector. The mentoring relationships are supported for 8 months.

Objective: To contribute to the UN Women Jordan’s Resilience and Empowerment Model by providing 360 degree mentoring (personal and professional) to improve the lives of Syrian refugee and Jordanian women micro-entrepreneurs by matching them with Mowgli trained mentors who will support the development of their confidence, motivation, mindset, leadership and resilience, enabling them to overcome the societal, psychological and gender-related hurdles that prevent them from creating and growing sustainable revenue streams that support their families and the communities around them. The mentoring programs will be facilitated and delivered across six locations within the Southern and Middle regions of Jordan. The mentoring relationships will be supported for six months.
