Mowgli UK is the UK operation of the Mowgli Foundation (Mowgli) which is a UK registered charitable company.
Our mission is to provide mentors who inspire, support and empower entrepreneurs (both for profit, and social entrepreneurs) in achieving their business and personal potential, encouraging sustainable job creation and social and economic development. We recruit and train volunteer mentors and social business leaders, and match them with mentee entrepreneurs to create trusting relationships (read more about ‘How It Works’).Through this personal support and development we build the capability of entrepreneurs and the success of their enterprises- and create long-lasting networks across communities and businesses.
The Mowgli Foundation has launched three successful UK programmes supporting nearly 30 entrepreneurs- view reports on our work here. We are now approaching partners and sponsors to help us to continue supporting entrepreneurs in the South West, North West, and London

Why Mowgli UK?
The Mowgli Foundation believes that supporting entrepreneurs here in the UK is just as important as our work in developing countries. The UK is home to some booming production centres and global hubs of commerce, but many cities and rural regions also have a pressing need for new business and new jobs, and rising unemployment is threatening many families and communities. Social Entrepreneurs in particular can add value to their communities by investing money towards objectives which fall outside the scope of dwindling state provisions.
Mowgli UK believes that entrepreneurship- and, crucially, the relationships created through mentoring- can be a catalyst for economic growth. More than that, our projects and our partners create valuable socialnetworks founded on entrepreneurialism, a platform for UK business and communities to build lasting change.
