  • Introduction:

Communication is the effective sharing of information, ideas, feelings and thoughts.  Strong communication between the mentor and entrepreneur is the bedrock of the Mowgli mentoring relationship. Stronger communication skills are a key benefit for Mowgli Entrepreneurs in undergoing the mentoring experience; and many Mowgli Mentors find they learn valuable communications skills to take back to their own professional environments.

    Direct and clear communication:

    • Helps the mentor and entrepreneur articulate their expectations and goals for the relationship,
    • Allows people to coordinate their efforts and actions,
    • Sets standards for clear communication and listening between the mentor and entrepreneur.
