Mowgli is excited to be running its very own session at this year’s Oxford Jam. It will be informal and interactive, and designed to give participants a taster of mentoring.

No matter what the business or enterprise is, having a mentor who can understand the risks and challenges you face can be an amazing motivator, and this session aims to highlight that fact. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with other attendees and hopefully even learn something new about themselves!

Oxford Jam runs in parallel to the Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship which takes place in Oxford. It’s a 3 day fringe event running from 28-30 March that involves a number of sessions inviting participants to showcase ideas regarding the social economy and social finance projects.

The event deliberately rejects the traditional conference format. Participants come from a wide range of backgrounds within the social economy and pay to run their sessions. As a result, the event is free of charge and open admission.

Oxford Jam aims to be inclusive, inspirational and participatory. Last year’s was a great success and this year’s promises to be just as exciting, particularly now that Mowgli’s participation is confirmed!
