About Anne

Anne Kennedy has worked with owner managers and their teams since 1991, supporting them through growth and culture change. She has worked as a High Growth Coach for Pera since 2008 and has also developed her own client base, which includes both private and public sectors organisations. Her 20 years’ experience of listening and supporting managers and their teams has given her an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by owner managers. Anne’s achievements include several successful coaching interventions which have resulted in an increase in the number of staff employed, increased foot fall of 70% at events and a 21% growth in turnover. Anne was awarded runner up in the Coaching for High Growth, Coach of the Year Awards 2011. Anne has also gained coaching qualifications including a Diploma in Coaching, she is also currently completing ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Anne has served as a Mowgli mentor, and is a trained Mowgli programme facilitator.
