The Mowgli Mentoring Experience is a unique and life-altering opportunity to make a difference by inspiring and supporting an entrepreneur to reach their full potential. You will develop your professional and leadership skills, make a deep connection with another person, and most of all, genuinely ‘give something back’ . Through supporting entrepreneurs to succeed, mentors make a positive and sustainable impact on communities.
Costs: Mowgli welcomes donations from participating mentors to help us cover the costs of our projects. You can discuss this with us if you are accepted onto a Mowgli programme. Our criteria for participation is below.

Could this be you? Mowgli’s Criteria for Participation
- Do you have a breadth of networks and professional experience, and a minimum of 5 years successful track record as an entrepreneur, senior executive or professional?
- Have you read and understood Mowgli Mentoring practice and principles? (If not, click on ‘What is Mentoring’)
- Do you have excellent communication skills (particularly listening), a desire to ‘give back’ to a community, and an interest in gaining cross-cultural experience?
- Are you prepared to take 4-5 days away from your work to travel to MME location- plus 1 hour a week for one year afterwards- and commit your time whole-heartedly to building a relationship with your Mowgli entrepreneur- focusing on their learning needs?
