Mowgli Facilitator Ian Prosser conducted a mentoring and development workshop for the staff of INJAZ this December 2011. INJAZ is one of the most important and influential not-for-profit organisations working in Jordan today, with a mission to inspire and prepare young Jordanians to become productive members of society and succeed in a global economy. The Mowgli Foundation is proud to be working with INJAZ in Jordan, to support young people and young entrepreneurs.
Ian ran a Mowgli Mentoring workshop, aimed at helping INJAZ staff understand and practise the principles of mentoring and apply it to their own work with young people in Jordan.
