With more than twenty six years of practical experience in management and business development, during which Lina gained fifteen years of experience as a founder and General Manager of Philadelphia Chocolate Manufacturing company, Lina is very active in the fields of women’s empowerment, leadership, youth empowerment, Entrepreneurship and Education.
Working in the private sector and being board member of Non-profit organization and working closely with the public sector and local communities, all provided Lina with rich and holistic vision and experience. Her strengths include strong interpersonal skills and ability to learn quickly and deal effectively with complex concepts and situation, strong leadership, problem solving, team building, motivating and creative thinking skills.
Lina has been awarded and selected for numerous awards, namely a successful entrepreneur in the MENA region by Beyster Institut, Junior Achievement International 2006, Empretec Women in Business award from the UNCTAD (United Nations).
