iStart Business Idea Competition Site for Students

iStart.org is a unique online resource that gives student entrepreneurs a chance to to share ideas and gain access to an international network of competitions and mentors. For administrators, the platform helps with complex tasks, including managing and monitoring applicant entries, establishing judging criteria and conducting online judging.

It is hosted by the Kauffman Foundation and has so far collected over 1200 ideas from students in countries as diverse as Albania and Kenya, with subject fields ranging from Consumer goods to social enterprise.
