The Mowgli Foundation Newsletter Update – the ‘2011 is Here’ edition

Welcome to the ‘2011 is Here’ edition of our fortnightly newsletter

2011 sees the start of a new phase for the Mowgli Foundation that will build on the successes of last year including the fabulous relationships we developed with other organisations and the many events both internal and external we were privileged to have been involved in.  As a result of these great foundations we can only become better at what we do.

The staff team are currently developing the programme for the coming twelve months and you can be certain that there will be plenty of opportunity to take part and get involved in the mentoring programme, whether you are a potential mentor or an entrepreneur seeking help.

To support all of this activity we also have a brand new website to compliment our development and there are some very exciting plans currently being actioned to make it even more useful and supportive for our readers.  More on these as the coming weeks and months progress though.  For now though, you’ll find it all at www.mowgli.org.uk and why not let us know what you think, we’re always grateful for feedback.

Featured Entrepreneur

The new website now allows us to do all sorts of things, one of which will be introducing people to the entrepreneurs we work with.  Each week on the website you will find a ‘featured entrepreneur’ at the bottom of every page and this week it is Rula Radwan’s turn.

Events Coming Up

Our programme for 2011 is due to be finalised very soon and we should have some dates for your diary in the next week or so.  You can also see all the events on the new website.

Useful Resources

We are always on the look out for useful resources, both on and off-line and if you have one you find particularly helpful then why not let us know and we’ll add it to our growing database.  http://mowgli.org.uk/about-mowgli/suggest-a-link

Over the coming weeks we’ll be looking at ways of making these resources and links even more accessible, but for now they are all listed on our delicious account.

What are we discussing on Linkedin?

If you were looking for someone to mentor YOU as an entrepreneur, what would your main criteria be? Do you have any thoughts on this topic? If so, your contribution would be gratefully received.
