Jason has experienced a very successful entrepreneurial career which has seen him establishing two companies from scratch. His first venture People Source Consulting a consultancy firm which he established in 2002 at the age of 27. In less than 5 years, PSC Consulting has expanded significantly employing over 25 people and producing a turnover of £6.5m and it also was awarded a position on the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 list as one of the country’s fastest growing companies.
Jason has recently started another company in 2009 – Enterprise Talent Network, another recruitment agency specialising in head hunting senior appointments which is experiencing exceptional growth and been profitable from month 3.
Jason was attracted to Mowgli through his desire to bring about a more equal world and he feels that he will be able to give something back by mentoring and offering his advice to a less experienced entrepreneur.
In his address at the Mowgli UK launch event on 29th November, Jason shared his perspective of being a young entrepreneur in the UK.
