Phil InglePhil has designed and run training programmes in a wide range of organisations from banks & insurance companies to Wind Farm construction, plastics to legal services, pharmaceutical companies to wholesale distribution.

He works with all levels of management to assist with implementing new skills to improve organisational sustainability. This range of training means Phil has presented to all types and sizes of audience, with the emphasis on practical application of learning.

Phil specialises in helping organisations adapt through change, and manage cultural issues, both on international and organisational levels. He has in addition advised clients on take overs, provided coaching and leadership skills, and trained Company Directors on their compliance responsibilities.

Phil coaches clients to develop new skills and embed skills from training events, including ‘coach the coach’ training for Team Leaders. He runs training internationally, having worked in the US, across Europe and the Middle East.

His qualifications include an MBA from Cranfield University, and he is a Master Practitioner in NLP. He also holds the Financial Planning Certificate, is Level A qualified in Psychometric Testing through the British Psychological Society, and a Graduate CIPD member. In addition he is a Member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, The Chartered Institute of Bankers, The Institute of Directors and the Professional Speakers Association.

Linda Parkinson-Hardman is a social media strategist and website developer with Internet Mentor and the Founder and CEO of the Hysterectomy Association.
