Ian Prosser is one of most experienced coach/facilitators. He was one of the founders of Results Unlimited in 1981 – one of the first such firms set up in the world.
Trained as an Inner Game, perhaps the most universal and effective coaching methodology in the world of sport (he still runs the occasional Inner Skiing Programme), he has spent over 20 years developing ways to bring this powerful approach to both individual and team development to the world of work.
He was the first Director of Youth at Risk, an innovative charity that works with young offenders and those who have to care and support their rehabilitation.
He has worked with organisations in the UK, Europe and the USA and is an affiliate of Vantage Partners, a Harvard Law School consulting firm who are the thought leaders in negotiation and relationship management.
