Cathy SummersCathy Summers is an executive coach, consultant and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in strategic, operational and developmental roles. Her background includes NHS senior management, management consultancy, RAF air traffic control, charities and the retail sector.

Cathy has worked in small, medium and large organisations and has first hand experience of the leadership challenges of working within complex and changing systems, including mergers and restructures. She holds a Masters Level Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management.

In 2006 Cathy founded her own coaching consultancy, Inspired 4 Life Coaching and works with clients in the public and private sectors as well as with social enterprises and charities. She advises clients on talent and leadership development and provides coaching and consultancy in leadership development, leading change and career development. Cathy also helps people to find or regain their purpose and direction in life and achieve their personal goals. She is a passionate advocate of using wilderness environments to enhance learning and has put this to use as volunteer expedition staff with a Raleigh International youth development expedition in South America.

Cathy lives on the Dorset / Wiltshire border, plays hockey and loves beach cafes. She is also is a Trustee on the Board of St Loye’s Foundation.

Linda Parkinson-Hardman is a social media strategist and website developer with Internet Mentor and the Founder and CEO of the Hysterectomy Association. She worked with the Mowgli Foundation between February 2009 and August 2011 managing their social media accounts and strategy, she still takes responsibility for the website and it’s hosting providing support to the staff team.
