Carol possesses a proven track record of delivering win/win results within fast moving categories for suppliers, growers and retailers. She has a great ability to see and create business opportunities within retail, supermarket and food service customers for growers and producers of Fresh Produce & Food.

With extensive Fresh Food experience from working in dynamic and performance driven environments (FMCG), Carol has created and applied numerous Operational and Commercial Strategic growth plans for growers and producers. She has helped them to develop and deliver implementation plans in a customer centric and value adding way.

Growing Direct is a creative Fresh Produce and Fresh Food Direct Supply specialist, with a mission to open up direct supply chains through relationship development and by utilising experienced industry personnel. Growing Direct works with businesses to identify and develop direct supply relationships which are implemented in a straightforward, flexible and practical way.

Recently Carol has spent time in Jordan with The Mowgli Foundation as a Mentor to a young Entrepreneur. She graduated from the Open University in 2003 with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and also hold a BA (Hons) degree in Business Economics.
