Her initial managerial experience was gained in the tour operating sector where held international operational roles recruiting and developing100+ staff and maximising profits across 20 resorts in the Mediterranean by the age of 27 years. She then created a career path for the industry by invitation which is still used today by ABTA and the City & Guilds Institute.

This was a successful transition and Anji expanded beyond travel into retail and financial services, running bespoke programmes, as part of a team or solo, which were focused on improving the personal effectiveness and change handling capability of individuals and thus their organisations.

Aside from her business experience, Anji has worked as a volunteer for the Prince’s Trust in Sussex and trained as a business mentor.
