As an organisation we are constantly trying to strive to ensure that the service we provide matches the needs of both our entreprenuers and our mentors. The only way we can do that of course is by measuring the results of the various aspects of the mentoring experience, both during the initial training and ‘getting to know you’ phase and the ongoing relationship that exists between mentor and mentee in to the future.
